KeyResponsibilities:
- Provide aftersales service and technical support for‑bike customers in the assigned region.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues related to motors, batteries, controllers, and other components.
- Conduct maintenance, inspections, and performance checks.
- Coordinate with head office and service teams for warranty claims and complex cases.
- Train local dealers and service partners on technical troubleshooting and repair procedures.
- Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory in your area.
- Visit customer locations or service centers when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Technical/Vocational diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical repair, preferably in‑bikes, motorcycles, or electric vehicles.
