Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support group total rewards initiatives including job grading, job evaluation, salary structure development, and compensation planning through market benchmarking, analysis, and cost modelling.
- Coordinate regional participation in market surveys and work closely with HR teams to ensure accurate submissions and validation.
- Provide guidance to HR and business units on compensation & benefits policies, reward frameworks, and remuneration practices.
- Review and recommend competitive remuneration packages.
- Assist in bonus scheme design, cost simulation, and compensation analysis.
- Evaluate and standardize allowances, employee benefits, and insurance programmes across the group.
