Training Delivery
- Conduct Training of participants based on training needs identified for the assigned territory (local as well as central requirements)
- Trainings can be in form of Class room training (CRT), Virtual training (VLT), On the Job training (OJT), e-learning modules (through LMS), Coaching and Mentoring
Measuring Training Effectiveness
- Identify competency gaps – product knowledge, process knowledge, functional skills, customer experience for assigned manpower and work towards closing gaps through training
- Conduct role-plays, OJTs, audits and assessments of the assigned manpower (Pre-training and Post training effectiveness)
Training MIS and Database Management
- Preparation of Training Calendar coordinating with Regional and SHQ stakeholders as per std format
