+ Detention pay: $30 per hour
+ Stop pay: $75 per stop
+ Off-account work: $225 - $300 per day
+ Outbound load pay: $30 per load
+ Holiday pay per day: $340
+ Safety training pay per hour: $20
+ New hire training pay: $300 per day
