Job Details:
+ $0.70 - $0.74 cents per mile
+ Stop time: $5-$20 paid in 15-minute increments
+ Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
+ Hazmat pay per load: $25
+ Safety training pay: $20 per hour
+ New hire training pay: $250 per day
+ Holiday pay: $140 per day
+ Safety bonus opportunities
+ Weekly home time
