What you’ll be doing
What will your essential responsibilities include
- Participate with the APAC & Europe Head of Motor and Global CUO in developing and maintaining underwriting processes and guidelines.
- Perform Underwriting reviews, quality controls, SOA reviews and other governance activities to support the local offices’ business.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement, especially by facilitating regular meetings in sharing knowledge and best practice between the local offices.
- Support and coordinate the implementation of Motor Data Quality culture across Underwriting, Claims, Credit Control and Middle Office.
- In collaboration with the APAC & Europe Head of Motor, support the achievement of:
