Role Overview
Regional Wealth Manager, this is a primarily outbound, on-ground sales role focused on acquiring new clients across assigned locations (Bhusawal, Ratnagiri, Kolhapur, Nasik), closing investment business, and ensuring a smooth onboarding handoff to operations/advisory teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial sales or wealth or investments, with a strong local client network and the ability to drive in-person prospecting and end-to-end sales.
Key Responsibilities
- New client acquisition (Outbound and On-Ground): Proactively identify, reach out to, and convert prospective clients through field visits, cold meetings, local networking, referrals, and community engagement within the assigned geography.
- Sales closure: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, understand client needs, present suitable investment solutions, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
