The Raymore-Peculiar School District is seeking highly qualified individuals to work as a Registered Behavior Technician . This position assists in the supervision, care and instruction of students who are experiencing behavioral challenges in and out of the classroom. Candidates must be able to develop relationships with students as well as assist in building a positive classroom community. The ideal applicant should be able to document two or more years of training and/or experience in the implementation of effective behavior management principles for students with behavioral challenges, including positive behavioral supports, de-escalation strategies, and trauma informed practices, with school aged students.
