Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with children who have special needs in the home, community and/or schools.
- Run skill acquisition programs developed by the BCBA.
- Observe and track behaviors using a variety of data collection methods.
- Learn and implement PECs and/or assistive technology.
- Intervene with problem behavior and following the treatment plan.
- Write session notes at the end of session.
- Attend and participate in company meetings, team meeting, and/or trainings.
