Role Description
The Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) will design, implement, and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, creating treatment plans, training caregivers and staff, and monitoring progress.
