We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2B+ Building Control Surveyor for an interim opportunity based in North London. This is an initial 3-month contract, with a strong view to extension due to ongoing workload.
The Role
This is a hybrid role offering a balanced mix of site and home-based work:

5 days per week carrying out site inspections and plan checks

Opportunity to move to full-time working depending on service needs
Key Responsibilities

Assessing compliance with Building Regulations
