Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents
- Administer medication and monitor patient health conditions
- Assist with daily patient care needs and clinical support
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Work closely with doctors, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and facility protocols
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Registered Nurse (SANC registration) or Enrolled Nurse (SANC registration)
- Previous experience in aged care or frail care (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends if required
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
