About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Health Professional within our friendly and dynamic Adult Community Mental Health and Addictions Team in the Eastern Bay of Plenty. In this role you will carry a case load of clientèle, supporting them through their recovery journey as part of, and with support from the wider team. The aim of this team is to work with referrers, health partners, families/whānau and the community to provide effective triage, assessment and management of Tangata Whaiora who are requiring our services.
