The Role
Oversee the day-to-day running of the service
Ensure compliance with CQC standards
Lead and support your team
Build strong relationships with service users and families
Drive quality and continuous improvement
About You
Registered Manager experience (preferably in domiciliary care)
Good understanding of CQC requirements
Confident leader who can motivate a team
Organised, hands-on, and passionate about care
NVQ Level 2+ Adult Social Care and Leadership
