Location: Hutt South and Central Community
Mental Health team based at 40-42 Queens Drive Lower Hutt
Contract: Full
time - 40 hours per week (1 FTE) 8am - 4.30pm, would also consider part time (0.6 FTE +)

The Registered Community Mental Health Nurse role
is to meet the needs of people and whanau accessing our services. The care is
based on comprehensive assessment, ensures continuity, and is person/whānau
centred, culturally appropriate and evidence-based. Quality improvement and
patient safety is an important part of this role.
An interest in AOD specifically in relation to
Medical detox would be an advantage. T...
