We are a supportive group composed of two full‑scope midwives who offer homebirth, hospital birth, and surgical assistance to obstetricians. We value collaboration and support between team members and have two rural locum midwives available to provide protected time off.
We provide fair compensation, including full overhead payment and moderate clinic fees, supported by a small administrative team.
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Share a caseload with an experienced midwife, maintaining a client roster of 8‑10 clients per month.
- Provide call coverage, including pager duties, home assessments, and hospital assessments.
- Participate in 2–3 days of clinic work per week, split between the midwives.
- Collaborate on practice planning and develop standard procedures.
- Support continuous skills development, including obtaining a caesarean assist certification if desired.
