Job Description
Multiple positions exist within 4 East, commencing August and September 2026:
- Permanent, part-time (0.8 FTE): ongoing from 24/8/26.
- Fixed term, part-time (0.8 FTE), to back fill parental leave: from 14/9/26-12/9/27.
About the Role
As a Grade 2 Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the delivery of expert clinical care whilst working in a team dedicated to continuous quality improvement. 4 East provides cardiac monitoring, management of intercostal drainage, temporary cardiac pacing, low dose inotropic support and care for respiratory patients.
- Provide holistic nursing care to patients on 4 East
- Liaise with patients, patient’s family, medical and multidisciplinary staff as required
- Act as a role model and provide support to junior nursing staff
