Demonstrate proficient nursing skills utilizing assessments for admission, transfer, reassessment, and discharge based on assessed needs. Effectively utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, prioritize problems, treat and evaluate. Possess excellent clinical skills and judgment. Ability to work in an independent practice environment. Coordinate and supervise caregivers and licensed personnel in the delivery of consumer care. Maintain compliance with Agency policies, procedures and federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
