Edmonton Zone Continuing Care provides services through five main program areas: Home Living, Supportive Living, Facility Living, Transition Services and Palliative Care. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our CHOICE team to provide After Hours and On Call support to CHOICE clients and the programs. As a self-directed team member with Continuing Care in the Edmonton zone, the Registered Nurse works collaboratively with the health care team and has responsibilities, including assessment of needs, delivering appropriate therapeutic nursing services within professional practice standards, coordinating resources, establishing goals for client delivery, and evaluating outcomes.
