We are seeking a Registered Nurse (Aged Care) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Assessment: Interviewing new clients (Support at Home, NDIS, and Private) to assess their needs and services required. Developing, monitoring, and reviewing Person Centred Care Plans.
Service Coordination: Collaborate with medical practitioners, allied health professionals, Australian Government Organisations and care staff to deliver high-quality client care.
Medication Administration and Clinical Care: Administer medications, treatments and other clinical interventions, and monitor residents' responses to...
