**Shift Mix:** Primarily based on individual preference between evenings and nights, with final alignment dependent on team coverage and peer scheduling preferences.
**Shift Length:** 8-hour shifts standard | Limited 12-hour night shifts available (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
**Weekends & Holidays:** Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
