SKILLS
. Deep knowledge of computer skills such as word, power point, excel, outlook etc, clinical management systems.
. Strong ability to lead a team of health aides, enrolled nurses and nursing home team
. Know the working of all medical instruments and be able to teach and instruct junior colleagues.
. Phlebotomy
. Able to handle the people very calmly and effectively. Able to work with seniors, doctors and visitors.
. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
. Handle the queries from colleagues, patients, families and manage problems efficiently and resolve them.
. Direct care of patients
. Educate patients for home care and discharge planning
. Maintained sterile fields and application of dressings
. Catheter and suctioning training. Tube feeding, stoma care, tracheostomy care and change, ventilator management.
