About the Role
Chalmers Home provides Rest Home and Hospital level of care. The role works 64 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster, covering AM, PM and night shifts.
As part of an Enliven team in a peer‑supported environment, you will provide excellent clinical care, compassion, and support to residents, ensuring a positive experience in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality nursing care to residents.
- Work with a team of health care assistants and guide their activities.
- Provide care during AM, PM and night shifts as per the rotating roster.
- Assist with resident activities, companionship and meaningful engagement.
- Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records.
