About the Role
* Permanent, parttime (hours up to 0.8FTE / job share considered) * Based across North Shore Hospital & Waitākere HospitalWe are seeking a Clinical Coach to work alongside nursing staff in a direct clinical teaching role, supporting the development of nurses working in Assessment, Treatment & Rehabilitation (AT&R), and the Integrated Stroke Unit (ISU).
In this role, you will coach, supervise, and guide nurses in daytoday practice-strengthening clinical decision-making, role modelling highquality nursing care, and supporting a positive learning environment. Your work will directly contribute to growing the capability and confidence of our teams across three olderadult wards.
