Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity with Nurse Maude for a Registered Nurse Coordinator to step into a key leadership role within their Care Home in Christchurch.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will coordinate daily clinical operations, support your team, and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.

About the role:

You’ll play a central role in leading the shift-to-shift delivery of care across your unit, working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and wider leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:
