Job Description

The Moffitt Long Operating Room (OR) consists of 28 surgical suites. Our primary focus is tertiary/quaternary surgical care using team based staffing. Our complex surgery uses the most advanced technology, including hybrid suites and robotic surgery. Services include but are not limited to: General Surgery, Urology, Transplant, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, OHNS, OMFS, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in the CVOR
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
  • Current CPR through the American Heart Association (BLS)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association

License/Certification:

  • Active RN license in the State of California
  • Active American Heart Association BLS Certification
