AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF CHRONIC DIALYSIS EXP REQUIRED - HARD STOP
SCREEN FIRST TIME TRAVELERS
SHIFTS: M-W-F (0900-2130) and T-Th-Sat.(0500-1730) *closed Sundays

ALL VACATION RTO WILL BE SUBMITTED AS PREFERENCES
SCHEDULING REQUESTS DUE TO OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
TRAVEL PAIRS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
