Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Registered Nurse – ED for their Carlinville, IL location.
Responsibilities:
Provides professional nursing assessment, prioritize treatment according to need and initiate medical care to patients arriving at the emergency department. Quickly assess nature and extent of illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures to be followed or need for additional assistance. Assign a triage priority based on observations and available information Interviews patient (if possible) and/or family to obtain required history and make an accurate assessment. Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.
