Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care to individuals presenting with various medical conditions in the Emergency Department.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage patients based on their clinical needs and severity of condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients' responses and documenting accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
