Emergency Room Registered Nurse Emergency Room Registered Nurse Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team at a 286-bed acute care hospital. The ER RN will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working with a diverse patient population including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The Emergency Department sees approximately 130 visits per day and has 37 beds. The ideal candidate will be proficient in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ER RN must be able to prioritize effectively, respond quickly to changing patient conditions, and demonstrate excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
