Job Title: Registered Nurse - Family Practice
WILL ACCEPT LOCALS WITHIN 50 MILES - Local Rate will be $## less than posted rate
Shift: 8a-4:30p M-F - looking for someone who has clinic experience in primary care with pediatric vaccine experience.
Profile will go through to our Clinical IVS team.
Family Practice Newborn - Geriatric
Submission Requirements:
Up to date resume that includes 2-3+ years clinic experience in primary care.
2 recent Manager/Supervisor references in matching specialty.
Skills Checklist matching specialty.
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics.
NURSYS verification report pulled within the last week showing ACTIVE MA RN license; must show ALL licenses (past or present).
AHA BLS is required.
Flu vaccine required during season.
RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
EMR Experience Required: EPIC
