ABOUT WILLINGHAM WORKS Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified nurses for staffing engagements when openings arise. WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL We are talking with Registered Nurses in Hazard, Kentucky, and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities with our partner facilities. This is NOT an immediate opening we are building a pre-screened candidate pool so that when our partner facilities have needs, we have qualified nurses ready.
