Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive care to 5-6 patients daily, ensuring all visits are completed within an 8-hour scheduled shift.
- Perform wound care, including changing PICC line dressings and managing lower leg wound care.
- Conduct start of care assessments, expecting to complete 3 starts in a 12-hour period.
- Emphasize strong assessment skills, particularly for patients with heart failure.
- Adhere to the hourly pay model, starting promptly at 0800, unless otherwise approved by management.
- Participate in on-call duties and provide weekend coverage every 4 weeks.
- Cover territories within LA County, with a mileage radius of 5-20 miles.
