Responsibilities:
- Deliver ICU nursing care for high-acuity patients with attention to safety, stability, and rapid response.
- Manage ventilators and perform IV drip titration according to clinical protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patients using cardiac and hemodynamic tools, including arterial line assessment and troubleshooting.
- Perform and assist with critical procedures including intubation, central line insertions, and arterial line insertions.
