Job Summary:
Registered Nurse in the ICU providing advanced critical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with life-threatening conditions. Manages complex care needs including invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring and titration of high-acuity therapies.

Registered Nurse in the ICU providing advanced critical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with life-threatening conditions. Manages complex care needs including invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring and titration of high-acuity therapies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct bedside nursing care for critically ill patients with complex, rapidly changing conditions.
- Titrate and manage vasoactive and sedation/analgesia therapies, including vasoactive infusions and other time-sensitive critical drip regimens.
- Monitor physiologic status, interpret telemetry strip data, and collaborate with the care team to respond to clinical changes.
- Perform nursing interventions for sepsis, acute MI, renal dysfunction, post-vascular procedure recovery, stroke/TIA, and seizure management as assigned.
