Provide exceptional patient care as a Registered Nurse in General Medicine/Nephrology. The role fosters a collaborative environment, prioritizing patient-centered approaches.
This position requires a registered nurse to support our General Medicine and Nephrology unit. Candidates should possess current Ontario Registration and preferably a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. A minimum of two years of acute care experience is beneficial, along with proficiency in Peritoneal Dialysis and commitment to continuous improvement.
