Registered Nurse Instructor (5yrs Oncology experience required with BMT experience preferred)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Nurse Instructor (5yrs Oncology experience with BMT experience required).

In this role, the successful candidate The Instructor is a Registered Professional Nurse with advanced education and experience who provides for the orientation of new staff members; teaches required courses; provides in-service training; and provides educational programs identified through performance management and assessment of individual and staff needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Creates spreadsheets, reports and templates for Site Leadership.

Includes age specific considerations in educational content, utilizing resources as necessary.

Participates in the planning and analysis of educational programs based on evidence- based standards and guidelines to meet the needs of new nursing staff members.
