Job Description
Position/Specialty: IR RN
Shift hours/Contract Length: 4x10s, 730a-6p (M-F) with 1 rotating day off
Weekend Requirement: Possible weekend coverage
Epic Experience --Required
On Call Requirement: Call is required (one primary call per week and one primary call weekend per month); 30 minutes call back time
RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.
Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
Vacation Requirement: Must be available to work/take call one vacation per 13- week contract (in rotation with staff)
