QUALIFICATIONS - With a valid English exam IELTS: minimum of 7.0 in any three components and 6.5 in any one component OET: minimum of Grade B in any three components and C+ in any one component - At least 4 years of solid current experience working in the ED and handling trauma patients in one of the top hospitals in the Philippines - Currently working in a Level 3 or 4 tertiary hospital equipped to handle major trauma cases - Experience in resuscitation and triage (ideally Manchester Triage System (MTS) or Canadian Triage) - Experience working in a fast-paced environment (the Mater ED is the busiest in Ireland, requiring strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage high patient volumes) - Ability to provide comprehensive ED care, including triaging, assessment, initiating investigations (ECGs, blood tests), medication administration, and managing patient care from arrival through discharge or admission - ...
