Key Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care for residents, working alongside their whanau.
- Meet the needs of the resident through interRAI assessments and care planning.
- Ensure residents are the key focus and support their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Assist with individual resident care through nursing roles of assessment, planning, and individualised care.
- Work with families and significant others to provide the best possible care.
- Perform ward duties as required.
- Assist in ensuring quality care is provided.
