The fantastic opportunity
- Permanent full-time role working morning and night shifts
- Deliver high quality clinical care to the residents of our 129 bed Lake Cathie aged care facility
- Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
- Formulate, review and update care plans
- Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
- Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
