QUALIFICATION:
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Values oriented and committed to work
- Able to multi task and is flexible
- Trustworthy, Hardworking, can work under pressure and with limited supervision.
- Willing to work overtime if needed.
- PREFERABLY CAN START ASAP!
A. Responsible for:
- Verifying Examinee’s identity.
- Assisting the Examining Physician by:
- a. Instructing the Examinee to remove all clothes except underwear.
- b. Taking and recording Height and Weight of Examinee.
- c. Taking and recording Examinee’s vital signs, e.g. Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate
- Respiratory Rate, and Temperature.
- Ensuring schedule of maintenance and calibration of equipment is observed and maintain records.
- Referring to Examining Physician(s) medical problems unable to manage.
- Vaccinating Examinees.
