** MUST HAVE NY LICENSE IN HAND** Specialty: MICU Start date: 5/5/2026 Shift: 3x12 Nights Weekend requirements: Every other weekend Ratio: 1:2 Locals accepted: No, must be over 75 mile radius First time travelers accepted: Yes Certification: ACLS/BLS/NIHSS Required Charting: EPIC experience is required Floating: Required 16 beds with patients that include sepsis, ARDS, renal failure, heart failure, pre-vad workups, alcohol withdrawal, overdose, multi-organ failure, post cardiac arrest/targeted temperature management, respiratory failure/shock, CRRT, EKOS, IABP, ECMO, Impella nurse patient ratio 1:2 with occasional 1:1 based on acuity.
