= Job Title: Registered Nurse – MS/Tele
= Location: 4401 S Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73109
= Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Shift: Day – 3x12-Hour
=V Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
= Candidate Requirements
= Residency Verification (MANDATORY)
Traveler must provide:
• Current & valid Driver's License or State-issued ID
• Utility bill (within the last 3 months) in traveler's name with matching address
• Address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility
