POSITION: Registered Nurse MS/Tele

SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours/Contract Length: 3x12 Days 0700-1900 / 13 weeks
" Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
" Charting: EPIC experience required
" RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission.
" Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.
" Vacation Requirement: Must be available to work every other vacation, if needed
" Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
" Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: RN's within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted.
