Summary:
Hybrid Triage Nurses are expected to work both in the office as well as remote work as directed by leadership.
In-office duties may include but are not limited to taking incoming triage calls, make outgoing patient monitoring calls directed by providers, monitoring providers Cerner message centers, including reviewing results and forwarding urgent results and messages to covering providers, emergent nursing assessments on symptomatic patients in clinic, EKG review for medication surveillance, emergent medication administration including IV placement, and occasional monitoring patients waiting for transport to NL EMMC via ambulance.
