About the Role
As a Registered Nurse within the Older Persons Mental Health Service, you will deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients and their whānau, working across community and clinical settings.
- Complete comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop and implement person‑centred care plans
- Support independence, wellbeing, and quality of life
- Manage a varied and meaningful caseload
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to service development and support students and new staff
