**Must have experience in ortho, general surgery, urology, ENT, plastics, vascular, GYN,
Avon Hospital OR RN
Day shift, 4 - 10 hour shifts, 7am-530pm; Monday-Saturday variable
Minimum of 18 months recent OR experience.
Must have 18 months perm OR experience PRIOR to travel.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS required
*ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted!
Traveler must work at least every other vacation
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
