Position / Specialty: Operating room
Shift: 3x12 Days Weekends Friday, Saturday, Sunday 0645-1915
23 rooms.
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 3 years' experience required.
First-timers accepted: No.
Weekend REQ
Certs REQ: BLS required. CNOR and CST preferred.
Is on-call REQ? Yes- 1/week though it's no usually that often anymore
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Within skill set-rarely happens
Open to accommodating block schedule? No.
Locals accepted: No- must live at least 50 miles from facility to apply.
Must have active IL license in hand or be in application process to apply.
RTO Restrictions: All requested time off must be reviewed and approved by manager.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any s...
