Summary The RN in the Outpatient GU Clinic delivers evidence-based care to outpatients, supervises LVNs and nursing assistants, and coordinates care throughout the patient's treatment process.The role includes educating patients and families,supporting self-management after discharge,and contributing to patient satisfaction.The nurse also participates in staff education, orientation, competency assessments, quality improvement efforts, and provides consultation on outcomes and efficient resource use.
